Every Casapino tree comes with a free 10-year warranty on its frame, hinges, branches and stand. Register within 30 days of delivery to activate it. On top of your 2-year legal guarantee, never instead of it.
What's covered.
- The frameThe trunk and the sections, if they bend, crack or no longer fit together.

- Individual needles that come looseA few loose needles over the years are normal for any tree.
- Misuse or intentional damageUsing the tree in a way it isn’t made for.
- Fire caused by lights not supplied by usAlways use lights that are safe for indoor trees.
- Damage by animalsChewed branches or a cat’s climbing attempt.
- Wrong storageOutdoors, in damp rooms or crushed boxes, or anywhere above 50 °C.
- Normal wearThe small signs of years of happy Christmases.
- Not following the instructionsAssembly, use or disassembly that doesn’t follow our assembly instructions.
- Damage caused by forceForcing sections together or bending a branch further than it is made to go.

Register your tree.
Register within 30 days of delivery to activate your 10-year warranty. It takes a minute, and your warranty runs from the day your tree arrived.
Make a claim.
Tell us what happened. A person reads every claim, and we'd rather fix your tree than have you buy a new one.
Warranty terms.
Guarantor. Nicolas Mathantu, self-employed (indépendant), trading as Joygreen, Avenue Bois le Comte 24, 4140 Sprimont, Belgium, enterprise number 0784.873.025, support@lacasapino.com.
What it is. A free commercial warranty on the trees bought new on this website by consumers: Estrella, Alma and Pinito. The wreath, the garland and accessories are not covered by this warranty; the 2-year legal guarantee covers them.
Registration. The warranty applies only if you register your tree within 30 days of delivery, with the form on this page. You receive a registration confirmation by email.
Duration and area. 10 years from the day of delivery, for deliveries in the European Union.
What it covers. Manufacturing and material defects of the frame (trunk and sections), the hinges, the branches and the stand. If a branch comes loose, we provide a replacement branch.
What it doesn’t cover. Lights and electrical parts, such as LED lights, power supplies, controllers and cables; the wreath, the garland and accessories; individual needles that come loose; normal wear; assembly, use or disassembly that does not follow our assembly instructions; damage from misuse or intentional damage; damage caused by force; damage caused by your own repair attempts; damage from wrong storage, in particular outdoors, in damp rooms or at temperatures above 50 °C; damage from environmental influences such as heat, moisture or UV light, including colour changes; damage from overloading the branches, for example with more than 150 g of decoration on a single branch; fire caused by lights not supplied by us; damage by animals.
What we do. We repair or replace the defective part with a new or equivalent part. If that isn’t enough, we send you a new tree. The warranty never gives a right to a refund; your legal guarantee may, during its first 2 years.
How to claim. Contact us at any time within the 10 years at support@lacasapino.com or with the form above, with your order number as proof of purchase and photos of the defect. There is no deadline for reporting a defect within the warranty period.
Costs. When your claim is covered by this warranty, the repair or replacement is free, and we pay transport both ways. If your claim is not covered, transport costs are yours.
Your legal rights. This warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 2 years from delivery, covers every product including lights, the wreath and the garland, and is free of charge, transport included. The warranty does not affect your legal rights in any way.
