Ask a questionCan people tell it is not a real tree?
Stand 30 cm away and look at the inner branches and the trunk. That is where most artificial trees give themselves away, so that is exactly the photo we show you. Judge for yourself before you order.
Will it look like the photos?
Our photos are unretouched and show the size you buy, from 3 m, 1 m and 30 cm. Once you have shaped the branches, it should look the same in your living room. If it does not, you have 30 nights to send it back and we collect it for free.
What is it made of?
Every Casapino tree is 100% PE (polyethylene), with injection-moulded needles: each tip is cast in a mould, so the needles are round and three-dimensional, like a real branch. No PVC needles, not even hidden on the inside, so it looks as good at 30 cm as it does from across the room.
It does not smell like a real tree, does it?
No, and we will not pretend it does. Many families put a few real fir sprigs in a vase or a garland nearby. The scent fills the room, the tree stays perfect.
Is it easy to set up?
Yes. Open the stand, stack the sections, let the hinged branches fall: no tools, no screws, and the tree is standing. Shaping the tips takes a little longer. Put on some music and do it together: it is where your tree gets its shape.
Is it safe with children, pets and allergies?
It drops no needles, no sap and no resin, so it is safe for pets and people with allergies.
How many Christmases will it last?
It is made to be reused every Christmas. Register it within 30 days of delivery and its frame, hinges, branches and stand have a free 10-year warranty: a covered part that fails is repaired or replaced, transport included. All the details are on our warranty page.
Can I try it at home?
Yes, for 30 nights. Set it up, decorate it, have the family over. If it is not the one, we collect it from your home for free and refund the full price, no reason needed.
When will it arrive?
Delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. If your size is sold out, we make yours by hand first, which adds about 5 working days.
How do I store it after Christmas?
Fold the branches up, lift the sections off and pack them in the storage bag that comes in the box. Packed size: from 20 × 20 × 104 cm for the 120 cm tree to 40 × 45 × 120 cm for the 240 cm tree.
Is Casapino for everyone?
No. If you want a perfectly even cone, or if the scent of a real tree matters more to you than anything, it is not for you. For everyone else, it is the tree everyone comes home to.
